The summer program really had an impact on many youth as well as parents in the community. One youth felt more independent and was finally able to buy his own clothes and save money for school. Another felt more confident in herself and became more outgoing after completing the program. One parent had her three daughters employed through the program, which provided her with financial relief. The summer program helped many people and they were able to benefit in many ways.
